Do I need a Customer Account to shop online?

You can make a purchase as a guest. However, if you set up a customer account and become a VIP you will have access to The Way’s amazing loyalty benefits, like secret sales, faster checkout, VIP store events and more

I’ve made a mistake on my order, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed you cannot make amendments to your order. We can, however, cancel your order and a refund will be issued. You can then place a fresh new order. Refunds to your account may take 3 to 5 business days.

What are your payment methods?

At www.theway.com.au you can use Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and AfterPay. All payments are captured immediately once a successful order is placed. All product pricing is inclusive of GST. Please note we do not offer refunds on AfterPay purchases. Please refer to our Returns and Delivery page for more information.

How do I use a Discount Codes and Gift Cards?

Discount Codes and Gift Cards are applied at checkout. Please note that only one discount code can be used at one time and cannot be used in conjunction with each other. There are no refunds applicable to purchased gift cards or purchases made with a gift card. At this stage www.theway.com.au only ships within Australia.

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow for up to 24 hours for your order to be picked, packed and dispatched. Once dispatched, you will recieve your Shipping Confirmation email complete with your order's tracking number. 

I didn’t receive shipping confirmation when I placed my order. What should I do?

Check your junk mail for our email and also add our email address to your contacts list. We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation complete with tracking detail. If your order was made after hours on Friday or over the weekend your order may take longer as we do not operate over the weekend. Also, at high traffic times, like during busy sale periods, delays of up to 48 hours can be expected. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within two business days of your order being placed please contact customer service at enquiries@theway.com.au


How do I care for my purchase from The Way?

Best way to take care of your new bag is to wipe it gently with a damp cloth and then gently wipe it dry. When not using your bag try to store it inside The Way dust bag in a cool dry place. Your bag’s hardware may require light polish with a polishing cloth to maintain its shine. To keep your jewellery in the best condition avoid water, sweat, perfume, deodorant and harsh chemicals like cleaning products. A light polish with a polishing cloth will maintain its shine and try and store your jewellery in a cool dry place.
